扎仓大殿(主殿)
The Zhacang Grand Hall (Main Hall). As the core building of Songzanlin Monastery, the Zhacang Grand Hall serves as the primary venue where monks gather for sutra chanting and assemblies. The hall blends Tibetan and Han architectural styles, featuring a majestic exterior and ornate interior decorations, housing statues of Sakyamuni and other Buddhas, as well as stupas containing the relics of eminent monks throughout history. The thangkas and murals hanging within are rich in color, depicting Buddhist stories and Tibetan legends, and hold significant artistic value. Visitors are kindly requested to maintain silence and respect local religious customs. This site is not only a center of faith but also an exceptional window into Tibetan Buddhist culture.
